Delivery & Payment

When you submit an order for a specific service you must include the required documents, at the same time one our staff will call you to confirm the details of the service before the service takes place.

However, in order to maintain efficiency in our business, if we do not hear from you after a second attempt to contact you to confirm the project and/or changes, we will assume that the service is approved and you will be charged.


Two rounds of revisions are included in the price. If there are still revisions after the second round, we will charge for any changes.

Please be aware, that once the service is finalized and delivered and you make a sudden request of changes we will charge you a certain amount for those changes.

If there are no replies, comments, or feedback within 3 days after duMonde Group uploading a revision, we will assume that the presentation is approved. In this case, we consider the project complete and will proceed to payment.


We treat the content of the service as 100% confidential. This means that the delivered service will be just between the duMonde Group and the client with no 3rd party involved.

Changes to our Services/Agreement

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionality or features of the Services at any time, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.

We may modify the Agreement at any time. We’ll post any modifications to the duMonde Group Terms on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and generally will become effective 5 days after they are posted.

However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately.
